Our Management Team
Chief Executive Officer
Stephen is a Financial Services professional having over 20 years experience in leadership roles across distribution, product, operations and strategy, uniquely within both wealth management and banking. Companies include ING, where he ran the life insurance operations; MLC, heading the Group Insurance business, then General Manager for Platform Development and the start-up of UBank. Stephen was integrally involved in NAB's acquisition of the Advantedge Group of businesses from Challenger. Stephen was appointed CEO of Choice in December 2010.
Head of Choice Aggregation
Sean has over 25 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry, working with mortgage brokers since 2001. He has had various roles with lenders in the broker channel, ranging from BDM for major and niche lenders, to State and National Roles. Sean joined Choice in 2007 as National Business Manager and was appointed State Manager for Vic/Tas in October 2008. He is now Head of Choice Aggregation and Operations.

Andrew has worked in financial services since 1996, in the third party/broker channel. He has held a number of roles in both the banking and non-banking sectors. He is a strong believer in the value a broker can provide to customers through superior knowledge and advice, and is committed to supporting his members so they can continue to deliver this level of service to their customers.
Head of NSW/QLD/ACT
Jeannette has over 17 years’ experience working with brokers, and has been with Choice since 2004. This experience has given her the insight to see what a broker needs - superior services and someone who wants to partner them in their business.
